The Nadroga rugby team has defended the HFC Bank Farebrother Sullivan Trophy in style by thrashing Tailevu 57-0 this afternoon at Lawaqa Park.
The Nadroga outfit was just too good and outclassed Tailevu mainly in the second half.
The Stallions scored nine tries in the match.
Nadroga led 8-0 at half time with a try to Iliesa Ratuva.
Esala Navori, Ratunaisa Rukutabua, Ulaiyasi Lawavou and Mitieli Nacagilevu scored a try each for Nadroga while Samu Cava and Nemani Camainakelo got two tries each in the second half.
Nacagilevu was named the Man of the Match and received $250.
Nadroga now also has increased its winning streak to 32 games.
Nadroga will play Namosi next weekend.
Meanwhile, Lautoka defeated Naitasiri Bulls 22-10 in the promotion relegation match.
