Losing any match is a bitter pill to swallow but this afternoon fans will get to see a newly improved side.

That is the promise from Defending Digicel Cup champions Nadroga as they look at restoring some pride to their side when they take on Lautoka this afternoon in the second semi final of the Digicel Cup.

Nadroga has named a well balanced team which consists of Flying Fijian reps and those who play in the Pacific Rugby Cup for the Fiji Warriors and Barbarians.

The team also has seasoned players with the likes of Tiko Matawalu, Rupeni Nasiga, Mosese Volavola, Etonia Naba and Emosi Vucago in the starting line-up.

Also in the reserve bench they have named seasonal players like Aca Ratuva, Seveci Taka and Mesulame Soga.

Manager Paula Biu says revenge is a huge motivator but for the boys, they will be playing to ensure that they do not lose their grip on the Cup and show character as a team and not look for revenge.

The Nadroga and Lautoka Digicel Cup second semifinal kicks-off this afternoon at 3pm and you can catch a live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
