Nadroga side put up a brilliant second half performance to pull off a 2 2 draw against the high flying Labasa side in last night's National soccer league competition at the TFL National Stadium.

Two early first half goals by Vanuatu international Joseph Nimariau in the 10th and later Lemeki Qera in the 28th gave Labasa a comfortable lead at the break.

Few tactical moves by Nadroga mentor Abraham Watkins which saw skipper Archie Watkins move to the strikers berth proved a hit.

Watkins scored in the 63rd minute and later Levi Tawake came off the bench for the equalizer in the 84th minute.

Watkins had a chance to seal a victory for Nadroga later but his shot deflected off the goal post.

Meanwhile Labasa in their second match of this weekend takes on Ba tomorrow 1.30pm at the TFL National Stadium in Suva.

Later at 4pm home team Suva battles Nadroga.

In the lone match that will be played today will see the U 20 side against Rewa at 3pm at Govind Park.
