Defending BP Oil National 7s champion Nadroga has been grouped in one of the toughest pools for Saturday's tournament.

The Stallions who will have the services of national 7s reps Etonia Naba, Emosi Vucago, Iliesa Ratuva, Neumi Nanuku and Rupeni Nasiga lead Pool A alongside Tailevu 1, Savusavu and Rewa.

Other teams that will have current 7s reps is Nadi who will rely on the likes of Isei Lewaqai, Vereniki Goneva, Saimoni Nuku and Dan Rawaqa are in Pool C with Tavua and Tailevu 2.

Suva is in Pool F with Nakasaleka, Nadi 2 and Lautoka and they will also have the likes of Setefano Cakau, Viliame Maya, Tomasi Mawi and Akuila Nawerecagi in their lineup.

Other top teams who are also looking to win the national 7s are last year losing finalists Naitasiri who is in Pool D with Nadi 3, Ra and Nadroga 3.

Also this afternoon, FRU Operations Manager Vilikesa Rinavuaka clarifies that the 25 training squad members for the Hong Kong 7s that will be named on Saturday will only include local based players.

The BP Oil National 7s will kick-off on Saturday at 8am at Churchill Park.
