The Vodafone Flying Fijians will be without powerful wing Nemani Nadolo against Wales after he was suspended for one week for a dangerous tackle on Wallabies flanker David Pocock.
Following a review of broadcast footage, Nadolo was cited by Independent Citing Commissioner Freek Burger of South Africa for a 'dangerous tip tackle'.
Nadolo denied the act of foul play.
However, Nadolo will be available to play when Fiji takes on Uruguay.
Timoci Nagusa is highly likely to replace him on the wing.
Fiji will face Wales at 3.45am this Friday at the Millennium Stadium.
