Nemani Nadolo might have to get used to being locked in the midfield.

Injuries to Kieron Fonotia and Tom Taylor forced wing Nadolo to move to centre in the 19th minute of Saturday night’s 40-20 win over the Brumbies and he could be asked to squeeze his 125kg frame into the No13 jersey for Sunday’s match against the Reds in Brisbane.

Nadolo’s no stranger to the spot as he plays in the midfield for the Flying Fijians.

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder admitted he liked the idea of having a big ball carrier in his midfield.

The Crusaders will meet the Reds at 6:05pm this Sunday.

On Friday the Chiefs host the Blues at 7:35pm and the Rebels play the Hurricanes at 9:40pm.
