The owner of Tata's restaurant, Dinesh Pillay said Tata's restaurant, Charles Engineering, Premier Upholstery, Advance Tyre, Camp Autospares, Scrapmetal, Whole of JKV and Nadi back road Mobil Service station are under flood waters.
Pillay said the water level started rising this morning at around 4am this morning and is now closed to all traffic.
