Hundreds of residents in Nadi have been without water supply from yesterday morning.
A major mechanical breakdown at Black Rock reservoir in Nadi has resulted in the disruption and areas affected include, Namaka, Martintar and nearby areas.
Public Utilities spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said engineers have detected the problem and work is expected to be completed by this afternoon.
She added water supply will be fully restored by tomorrow and water trucks are carting water to affected areas.
Meanwhile, a resident of Waqadra, Nadi, Sanjeshni Lal said they have been facing a lot of problems as they do not have enough drinking water.
