The Nadi soccer team will be hoping to end their 4 year drought, when it enters into next week's Courts Homecentres IDC as one of the favourites.

The Jet-Setters nearly caused an upset in the BOG final this year, but lost 1-2 to Ba in the final at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Team coach Gurjeet Singh said this time, they are better prepared and if things go according to their plan, no team will be able to stop them from lifting the trophy come next Sunday afternoon.

Singh said Nadi will field many new players in next week's tournament with a few experienced players such as Viliame Toma, Ben Amino, Marika Namaqa and Maika Kasami.

Nadi, which last won the IDC title in 2002, will meet host Suva in their opening Pool match next Thursday at the Post Fiji stadium.
