The Nadi soccer team is not ready to play the National Soccer League matches this weekend.

Nadi soccer boss Jitendra Kumar said they need more time to recover from the flood.

He added he will inform the National League Board today about their position.

League Board Secretary Jainendra Sukhu last night sent this week fixtures to various districts and asked for responses.

Sukhu said in this week’s fixtures Nadi is suppose to travel to the North to play Labasa and Savusavu.

According to Sukhu they are also expected to complete the postponed matches between Lautoka-Suva, Rewa-Tavua and Nadroga-Navua.

He is expecting responses from districts later today.
