The Nadi rugby team is not banking on being the defending champions to carry any weight in the Digicel Cup semifinal against Lautoka on Saturday.
Coach Iliesa Tanivula said his boys were lucky to be in the semis and they will have to work hard in their preparation against Lautoka, a side which has been doing well this season.
Tanivula added the side will miss the services of captain Vereniki Goneva, who has secured a contract in France, but it will not stop his boys from giving their best on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Lautoka coach Vereti Verebula says Nadi will be strong and they have set out a game-plan to counter Nadi.
