That is the message that the athletes from the Nadi squad have been told as they head to Suva for the FMF Chow Games this weekend.
Team co-ordinator, Kelepi Colata said the students have been told to enjoy their participation and try to better their results from last year.
Suva is the defending champions for both the girls and the boys division.
The FMF Chow Games will be held at the TFL Stadium in Suva on Friday and Saturday.
