The Nadi Town Council workers are now creating a temporary makeshift drive through as part of the entrance in Nadi town in front of Namotomoto village from the airport side of the bridge, has been washed away.
Nadi Town Mayor Timoci Koroiqica told Fijivillage that their main priority at the moment is creating temporary access for emergency cases.
Koroiqica has also urged shop owners to clean up their shops.
