The Nadi Rugby Union has filed for a court injunction against the Fiji Rugby Union at the Lautoka High Court today.
Nadi rugby President Meli Tora confirmed in the last hour that their lawyers handled everything this morning and they are waiting for a decision.
Tora added that they want the Digicel Cup semifinals to be put on hold and let the FRU Games Committee and Independent Games Tribunal ruling be challenged in court.
Meanwhile, the Tailevu Rugby Union has filed the necessary papers against the FRU in the Suva High Court this morning.
