Strong wind is now affecting Nadi with a resident saying that this is not a good sign for the Town.
Nawaka Resident Dinesh Prasad said that the rain has not let up in the town area and adds the best action would be for people to go to high areas.
He also said that with the flood waters from the previous flood still present, people are in danger.
