Nadi Rugby officials are still waiting on the confirmation from the Fiji Rugby Union whether their prop Ravuama Samo will be allowed to play against Suva in this weekend's Farebrother Sullivan Cup.

Under current rules Samo is suspended for two weeks and will miss the last challenge of the year after he was shown a red card in last weekend's match against Naitasiri for punching Mosese Luveitasau.

Nadi rugby team manager Pita Bolea confirmed that they have appealed against the red card decision as it was too harsh and is now awaiting a reply.

The Nadi/Suva match will kick off on Saturday at 3pm at Prince Charles Park. You can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station Viti FM.
