Former national 7s rugby rep Mitieli Nacagilevu will start on the wing for the West side in the final AON East versus West rugby challenge.

Nacagilevu was out of top level rugby after a serious neck injury at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s in March last year.

West team manager Tiko Matawalu said they are confident of Nacagilevu’s form and he replaces Apisalome Waqatabu who has been shifted to fullback.

The West side has made four changes to the side which includes in form Nadroga flanker Manoa Tamaya and former national Under 20 rep Aca Simolo.
 
Former national 7s rep Ulaiyasi Lawavou has been named on the bench.

The final East versus West rugby challenge will be held at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday at 4pm and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station VITI FM.

Admission to the final challenge this week will be $2 flat.
