Nabitu to portray current hardships
Nabitu District who will be coming to the Tadra Kahani for the 5th time this year have adopted the theme " Man in the Mirror - People of the Way" to help people realize that times are hard.
Class Two teacher Salote Waivure said the children identified with the theme as on a daily basis many have to share their food with those less fortunate.
Looking at the event proper, International Primary, Rishikul Primary, St John Boscoe Primary and Bainivalu Primary will battle it out in the heats tomorrow for the junior division while Suva Grammar School, Rishikul Sanatan, Monfort Boys town, Sila Central High and Lomary Secondary will perform in the senior division tomorrow night.
Thursday night will see Nabitu District, Nakelo District, Pacific Harbour Multi racial and Dilkusha Girls Primary facing off in the Junior division on Thursday night while the senior division will have Tavua District secondary, Cuvu cillage, Khalsa collage, Tavua collage, Ratu Kadavulevu School and St Vincent.
The finals will be on Friday night.
