A Queens Counsel from Auckland Peter Williams and his assistant Chris Read met with businessman, Ballu Khan this morning at the CID heaquaters in Suva.
His lawyer, Tevita Fa said Williams requested police if Ballu Khan could be re-examined by medical doctors and they are currently at the CWM hospital.
Meanwhile police have confirmed that Ballu Khan is expected to appear in court later today.
