Former National 15's captain, Koli Rakoroi who led Fiji to the quarter final of the inaugural Rugby World Cup in 1987 believes the venue for the 2011 tournament is the best place where we can stamp our mark.
The 55 year old said New Zealand is close to home with a lot of support and the environment is just right for Fijian rugby to be showcased.
Rakoroi led a side that was unlucky to lose to France in the quarter final but he believes if this team plays with their heart they can do better than their past results.
The Flying Fijians opening RWC pool game is against Namibia on the 10th of next month.
