Experts from New Zealand are now actively assisting the Constituency Boundaries Commission to help re-design the constituency boundaries for the next general elections.
Commission Chairman Suresh Chandra confirmed that the New Zealand Government will help analyze the Census data collected by the Bureau of Statistics.
Meanwhile, after the disbanding of the Elections Donor Coordination Committee which came under the Forum Joint Working group, Permanent Secretary for Justice Pio Tikoduadua said Australia, New Zealand and the EU continue to assist Fiji in holding elections as soon as possible.
