This weekend the NRL will be paying tribute to Women in League and some of the game's biggest names have paid tribute to the women who have contributed so much to their careers.

Fiji Bati and Panthers Hooker, Apisai Koroisau said he will be definitely paying tribute to his mum Alumita Koroisau.

Koroisau said she's always been there for him especially when he was growing up.

After Round 9 of the NRL, the Brisbane Broncos continue to top the table with 14 points, second is St George Dragons with 12 points while the Melbourne Storm is in third place also with 12 points due to points difference.

In the NRL tonight, the Bulldogs meet the Roosters at 9.35pm while the Cowboys also play the Broncos at 9.35pm.
