The Native Land Trust Board (NLTB) has terminated an officer working in its tourism section after he was found guilty of circulating emails containing the picture of the President and NLTB Chairman Ratu Josefa Iloilo and interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama.
NLTB Public Relations Officer Nimilote Naivalumaira said the officer received the email from someone before he forwarded it to a number of people.
He said the NLTB made the decision to terminate him after he refused to cooperate with the investigators.
