Some non-government organizations are still supporting students who are facing financial difficulties.
Poor Relief Society President Sabita Gandhi said they have assisted twenty students in past couple of weeks who have been facing difficulties with their education.
Gandhi said some of the students they have spoken to come from broken families, single mothers and unemployed parents.
She adds that the society has spent over $2000 while assisting the students which includes students from primary, secondary and tertiary institutes.
These students are mainly from Nasinu, Wailoku, Tailevu, Raiwai, Raiwaqa and Nadi.
