Nine Non government Organizations have benefitted from a total donation of $14,565 from RollGiving.
RollGiving is the employee Charitable giving program of the Roll International Corporation family of companies based in America. Its businesses in Fiji include Neptune Shipping and Fiji Water.
Neptune’s permanent Fiji based employees received a grant of US$250-$1000 to donate to local Fiji charities of their choice.
The nine recipients were Dilkusha Girls Home, Fiji Crippled Society, Fiji Red Cross Society, Fiji Society for the Blind, Fiji Womens Crisis Centre, Ra School for Special Education, Society of Saint Vincent de Paul and Saint Christopher's Home.
Neptune Pacific Line Chief Operating Officer Jerry Joye said the initiative by Rollgiving is to encourage their employees to give back to their communities.
The collective donations of Neptune’s 32 permanent employees total $14,565 which will be distributed amongst 21 organizations, showing that small contributions add up to a big difference.
