The National Federation Party stressed that the party still opposes the draft constitution and hopes necessary changes will be made.
President, Raman Pratap Singh said NFP is also awaiting some decrees to be passed by government in relation to the elections next year.
Singh said they want the Professor Yash Ghai’s Constitution Commission draft constitution to be brought back for negotiations.
Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has already stressed that the Ghai draft will not come back.
