The National Federation Party has hit out at the decision made by the Police for the Fiji Labour Party delegates conference to go ahead in Suva.
NFP General Secretary Pramod Rae said it shows clear favouritism for the Labour party as some of its members are part of the Interim Government.
Rae said their meeting was also supposed to be conducted behind closed doors and they will now seek legal advise after they were not given a permit to hold a Committee Meeting in Ba yesterday.
Meanwhile Police have confirmed that the Fiji Labour Party Delegates convention will go ahead as scheduled today.
Spokesperson, ASP Ulaiyasi Ravula said the Police Commanding Officer Central has given the green light for the convention to go ahead as the meet is taking place behind closed doors at Suva's Holiday Inn.
