Fiji Showcase 2009 will be a chance for the public to get to meet Smokey, the National Fire Authority mascot, who will be demonstrating fire safety drills.
Corporate affairs manager Mileta Ting said that this is a chance for children and families to be able to learn how to be safe during any disaster.
Ting also added they will also have other rescue equipment available for the public to get firsthand knowledge.
Fiji Showcase 2009 will start this Friday at midday.
