NCC soccer pools drawn
The NCC winner for the past two seasons, heads Pool B with Bulileka Sanatan College of Labasa, Saint Christopher of Rewa and Uciwai of Nadi.
In Pool 1 Tropik Board of Labasa, Barbarians of Nasinu, United of Rewa and either Flying Arrows of Labasa or Gandhi of Nadi will complete the group, depending on the outcome of the protest lodged by Flying Arrows against Gandhi, who fielded an unregistered player in last week's play-off.
Fiji FA Official, Hari Raj Naicker said that with the two days of competition, the teams will have to play 3 pool games a day and with the semi-final and finals on Sunday.
Fiji FA have also given $500 dollars preparation costs to all the 8 teams that are taking part.
The NCC winner will walk away with $2,500 dollars, while the runner up will receive $1,000.
The NCC will be held at the Bidesi and Buckhurst Grounds on Saturday and Sunday and will kick-off at 8.30am.
