The National Charter Council will monitor and ensure that the People's Charter is implemented by future governments and all the promises are fulfilled.
A member of the public questioned the panel of speakers from the National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) during consultations on the draft Charter in Lami last night on how they will ensure that the charter is not just another manifesto like those which political parties put out before elections but bring about real economic fertility in the country.
NCBBF Member Peni Moore stressed that the Charter Council will ensure that the people's needs are met.
