Constitutional changes in the People's Charter that need to take place will take place constitutionally however, every other resolution in the Charter can be worked on now.
Those were the sentiments of National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) member Loraine Tevi on changes the People's Charter is trying to bring about.
Tevi confirmed they are currently working on the final touches of the People's Charter with the final report to be tabled before the NCBBF and then to be presented to the President Ratu Josefa Iloilo sometime next week.
