The NCBBF is calling on the public to first ask for the identification cards of officials coming to their homes before allowing them to carry out consultation work.
NCBBF member Filimoni Kau said all their officials under the Secretariat have identification cards which must be worn at all times. He adds people should only allow those with proper identification into their homes.
Kau said response forms should also be given only to the proper NCBBF officials.
Consultations on the People's Charter is expected to be completed at the end of this month.
