If you want to know about your culture and heritage and simply find out about the history of the communities in Fiji, the museum is the place to do so.
This is the message from the Fiji Museum's Education Officer Tevita Seru who is calling on the public to take advantage of the half day programme organized to commemorate International Museum Day tomorrow.
Marketing officer Prakashni Sharma said children nowadays need to get in touch with and at least see evidence of their history here in Fiji.
The museum does not only feature Fijian artifacts and history but also that of the Indians, the Chinese and the other communities who call Fiji home.
The Fiji Museum will be opening from 9am to 12pm and admission is free.
