Police are still interrogating the two men arrested in relation to the alleged murder of two Indian nationals whose bodies were found in Benai, Ba, yesterday.

Assistant spokesperson Sergeant Suliano Tevita said both men were working for the scrap metal company run by the deceased.

The two suspects aged 22 and 26 years are been questioned at the CID headquarters in Suva.

The bodies of 31 year old Raja Manikam Venkatachalam and 40 year old Ram Krishnan Amritalingham were then packed in a suitcase and left in a pit toilet in Benai, Ba.

Tevita said that their post mortem report shows that both had severe neck wounds.

A report of them missing was lodged on 18th December last year at the Nakasi Police Station by one of their friends residing in Davuilevu Housing.

They were reported missing since 14th of December 2009 and were last seen leaving for the Western Division.
