The case of a 28 year old man charged with the alleged murder of a 35 year old kindergarten teacher of Howell road was today called for mention in the Suva Magistrates court.
Imshaad Isral Ali's case has been transferred to the High court.
Ali will now appear in the Suva High court next Tuesday where a plea is expected to be taken.
The body of the Kindergarten teacher was found inside her Howell road home last month and a post mortem conducted revealed that she died of manual strangulation.
