When will my son get justice?
This call comes from the distraught mother of 5yr old Shavneet Kumar who died after being in a coma for 8 days, after an arm operation at the CWM Hospital in September last year.
Shavneet's mother, Radhika Kumar said that they have been running around for justice for more than a year now however nothing has eventuated.
Meanwhile, Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram said that they have made their decision and will forward it to the Health Ministry later this week for them to take any further steps.
He said PSC initiated the investigations itself and and is not at liberty to tell any other person about their decision apart from the Health Ministry.
