Former Vodafone Fiji 7s team playmaker, Emosi Mulevoro sacrificed time with his pregnant wife Sulia Mulevoro to train during the festive season.
Mulevoro says being dropped for the first three tournaments of HSBC 7's series did not dampen his spirits to train hard and reclaim his spot in the team.
The 26-year old former Ratu Sukuna Memorial School student has given credit to his wife who always encourages him to go an extra mile in training.
With Vatemo Ravouvou, Jerry Tuwai and Eminoni Nasilasila tipped to retain their spot in the team, Mulevoro will have to dig deep to make the final 12 member team for the next leg of the World 7s Series.
Meanwhile, Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan says he is happy that Mulevoro is back in the squad and his presence has put pressure on him to select the best players.
The New Zealand 7s will be held on the 6th and 7th of next month and Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales and Portugal.
