This is the view of one of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji members, Women's Action for Change Creative Director Penny Moore states that it is very important that through the Council we need to look at ways at preventing the reoccurrence of coups in Fiji.
Moore adds that she wants the minority voices to be heard in the Council.
