Suva Kaji Hockey team leader Rajneel Chand who has set his eyes on the Australian Hockey Fest has praised the move to have a Hockey camp during the School holidays saying athletes should never lose sight of their goals.
The Class 6 Holy Trinity student said winning the National Primary School Hockey Title for Suva earlier this year in Levuka, only proved that Hockey was the sport for him.
Chand adds that joining the camp is a boost for him to be part of the team to the Australian Hockey Fest next year.
Meanwhile, Camp Director Tai Smith said that Chand has been an outstanding player during the Camp.
A total of 38 students from Lautoka and Suva are taking part in the two week camp organised by the Fiji Hockey Association. They finish tomorrow.
