As mothers around the country celebrated Mothers Day, the Soqosoqo Vakamarama believes they have the most important role to play in our nation.
General Secretary Adi Finau Tabakaucoro said mothers have a lot of influence in the lives of their children as they are close to them most of the times.
And today in churches the women will take part in most of the services as the only Sunday set aside to celebrate the hard work they do within a family.
Wesley Yarawa Women's Fellowship President and mother of four Loata Ledua said the mums at their church will take over today's service from the singing to the sermons.
