A Nadi mother of four is desperately crying for help as there is no income to support their school needs.

Sera Roko who stays in the Navakai Settlement in Nadi said that the floodwaters washed away the school books as well as many of their furniture and electrical appliances and they are currently relying on neighbors for help.

Roko alos adds that the lack of tourists has also led to reduced hours for her and fellow hotel workers.
