Most soccer teams playing in the National Soccer league still lack fitness.

After the first round of league matches, Fiji FA National League Board Secretary, Jainendra Sukhu said by looking at the results of some matches, it is clear that coaches and team management need to work harder to lift their performances.

He added that Ba soccer team is in top form and closer to them is Lautoka.

He also said many teams also lack finishing as players missed a number of goals during the league matches.

Meanwhile, Tavua leads the National soccer league table with four points after playing two matches over the weekend.

Lautoka is in second place with 3 points and Suva holding third position.

The next round of matches will be played this weekend.
