The inclusion of 8 members of the 2007 Rugby World Cup team that reached the quarterfinals in the Flying Fijians team for the opening Test against France on Sunday shows the eagerness to record their first ever win over the Frenchmen.

Coach Samu Domoni Jnr said that since 2007 this is one of the most experienced lineups Fiji has fielded against a Tier 1 Nation in the hope they can end their losing streak against France.

Domoni added that players like Wame Lewaravu, Jone Qovu, Semisi Naevo, Akapusi Qera, Sisa Koyamaibole, Seru Rabeni and Seremaia Bai will add a lot of fire power with players like Napolioni Nalaga, Deacon Manu and Sireli Naqelevuki also in the mix.
