An unplanned outage on the Monasavu to Cunningham power lines has seen most parts to the central division without electricity in the last hour.
The Fiji Electricity Authority said technicians are currently working on the fault and power is expected to be fully restored within the next hour.
Places that have been affected are Suva, Laucala Beach, Kinoya, Lami, Caubati, Vatuwaqa and Koronivia who currently have no power.
