People staying in Rara, Batinikama, Siberia, Vunivau and Bulileka have been asked to store water as a burst main has seen disruptions to supply.
The Water Authority of Fiji said that the twelve inch pipe from their main water source burst this morning and they are currently working on restoring supply.
Meanwhile, in Suva a water main also burst this morning at Daya Street, just off Fletcher Road in Vatuwaqa.
This sees people staying in Daya St, Viria West, Vatuwaqa Housing as well as to the industrial areas in Viria East.
For the above areas in Labasa and Vatuwaqa, water supply is expected to normalize again around 3 o=clock this afternoon.
