More top international golfers are expected to take part in the Fiji International Golf Championship next month.

PGA Australia Chief Executive Officer Bob Thorburn said talks are still underway and they will get more professional golfers.

Thorburn added that apart from the international golfers, the local golfers that have confirmed their participation include Dennis Chand and Marika Batibasaga.

Meanwhile, three times major golf champion Nick Price will take part in the championship.

The tournament will be aired live to 400 million homes in 40 countries around the world.

The Fiji International Golf Championship will be played at the Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course from the 14th to the 17th of next month.
