More raids are expected to be conducted at those DVD and Internet cafes between Suva/Nausori corridor who are allegedly selling copied CDs.
Procera Music Shop General Manager, Mahid Murad said it=s a concern that some of them are coping their original CD's and selling them.
He confirmed earlier this year some raids were conducted between Suva and Nausori and two cases are with the DPP.
Meanwhile, the Copyright officers from Suva and Procera Music Shop raided a shop in Lautoka yesterday and allegedly recovered about 40 copied versions of original CD's.
The amended copyright law came into effect last September and under the law, a dealer will have to prove that the music or video DVD's are not pirated. They face penalties which include fines between $5,000 to $50,000 and 12 months imprisonment.
