These are the words of a 23 year old Sulueti Waqa who was Femlink's representative on the Tahiti Fiji leg of Peace Boat visit.
The Peace Boat is a Japan based non government organization that works toward promoting peace, human rights, sustainable development and respect for the environment.
Waqa said this trip from Tahiti with five hundred people has been a learning experience for her and she was able to share information about Fiji and learn about Japanese Culture.
Meanwhile, Peace Boat coordinator Yuko Oaku said their main activities are carried through a chartered passenger ship that travels around the world.
She added that they are trying to promote peace through interacting with people around the country.
