The Fiji Rugby Union is expected to send more local based players for attachment to the Crusaders for development purposes for the Rugby World Cup in September.

HPU manager Talemo Waqa said they have chosen the Crusaders because they have a development team that also caters for overseas players.

Waqa confirmed that Nemia Kenatale is already there and it is highly likely that props Penijamini Makutu and Waisea Daveta will go for 7 weeks attachment while Naitasiri halfback Waisale Vatuvoka will spend 4 weeks with the Saracens team in England.

The Rugby World Cup kicks off in New Zealand on September 9th and Fiji is pooled with South Africa, Samoa, Wales and Namibia.
