Police have once again called on members of the public to be vigilant while shopping as more counterfeit notes have surfaced.
Divisional Crime Officer, ASP Keshri Lal confirms the manager of a service station in Nakasi was yesterday counting the days takings when he discovered a fake $50 bill.
Lal said the note has a serial number H771876 and more notes of this number may be circulating in public. No one has been questioned on this issue.
